📌 Project Summary

This project was developed with a focus on user-friendliness, modern interface, and flexibility.
The client, PT Shield On Service Tbk, aimed to create a digital solution that allows users to exchange business cards seamlessly—by simply scanning, the contact information is automatically saved along with key details from the business card.

The main goal is to help users build professional connections more quickly, efficiently, and in a modern way, without relying on physical business cards.

🧩 Design Process

User Research (In-Depth Interviews)
I conducted in-depth interviews with several employees as target users to better understand their preferences, needs, and expectations toward the product.

Benchmarking
I analyzed similar applications and solutions in the industry to identify common design standards and explore opportunities for innovation.

UI/UX Design
Based on the research and benchmarking insights, I started designing the interface—covering everything from design system to high-fidelity visuals.

User Validation
Once the initial design was completed, I validated it with users to ensure the solution aligned with their actual needs.

Iteration
Based on the feedback gathered, I made revisions and design improvements to better meet user expectations and requirements.

Handover to Developer
After final approval, I handed over the complete design to the development team, including necessary documentation and assets for implementation.

Design Maintenance
Throughout the development phase, I ensured the implementation stayed aligned with the original design, and made adjustments where needed.
