In this project, I was fully responsible for designing and managing the direction of a digital product aimed at construction companies, specifically for the management, tracking, and maintenance of heavy equipment and project fleet.
Due to the internal and strategic nature of the project (which is company-confidential), I’m unable to share detailed designs or technical processes. However, here is an overview of my role and contributions in this project :
🔍 User & Industry Research
Conducted research to understand the operational workflows within construction companies — including how systems function on-site and what needs can be supported through a digital solution.
📊 Competitor Benchmarking
Analyzed similar products from competitors to gain insights, identify commonly used patterns, and uncover opportunities for improvement or differentiation.
🤝 Brainstorming & Stakeholder Discussions
Collaborated directly with stakeholders to gather both user and business needs, and ideated initial feature concepts based on those findings.
🎯 Feature Prioritization
Organized and prioritized features based on user impact and business value, ensuring that the product was developed with the right focus and direction.
🎨 UI Design
Designed user flows and interface components — starting from the design system to high-fidelity mockups — with a strong emphasis on usability and operational efficiency in the field.
🚀 Developer Handover
Delivered final designs to the development team, along with the necessary documentation to ensure a smooth implementation aligned with the product's goals.
